All submissions are required to comply strictly with the following guidelines:

• All papers must be original and should NOT have been submitted elsewhere for publication.
• Papers submitted for publication must be in English language, typed, double-spaced on an A4 size paper using Microsoft Office Word, Times New Roman Style and in font 12.
• Footnotes should also be in Times New Roman 10 font size and must be placed seriatim at the bottom of each page. Endnotes are not permitted.
• Papers should not be more than 5,000 words and must conform to the NALT standard referencing styles of legal research. Case reviews should not exceed 12 pages.
• Papers submitted must have a cover page containing names, titles, institutional affiliations, qualifications, email addresses and phone numbers of the authors.
• Papers must contain an abstract not exceeding 250 words, an introduction and a conclusion.
• Papers submitted for publication will be sent out for blind review/assessment and feedbacks will thereafter be communicated to contributors as may be appropriate.
• Papers submitted for publication should be sent via email as a MS Word attachment to the following email addresses:
